Lucian is a very mild tempered character with a fascination for all things living, though that would be because he's been cursed with dark and twisted powers. He wants to see the beauty in the world, wants to love it and treasure it, but is almost afraid to go after it because all he can do is bring disaster and chaos. He's not quite so perfect in heart though.  Lucian can be as ruthless as the gods and refuses to back down once targeted. 
That's the jist of who he is, and what he's about. I hope to flesh him out more, but for now this is what I have for him <3 Don't mind the cutesy bubbles.
